Ms Elisabeth Grabner and Hotel Director Mr Alfred Grabner are responsible for organising and supervising seminars at the hotel. With the support of our highly trained employees, our prime objective is to make a successful contribution to setting up "your seminar". Our extremely well-equipped seminar rooms ensure that you have the right environment for a successful conference.

Seminar rooms

Our 2 seminar rooms are fully air-conditioned, have a lot of natural light and therefore offer a pleasant working environment.

Rooms Panorma and Sportzentrum:

• Size: 76 m² to 94 m²
• U-Shape: 18 to 38 persons
• Cinema Seating: 35 to 60 persons
• Circular Seating: 18 to 38 persons
• Classrooms: 28 to 38 persons

 Ample opportunities for group work.

Seminar room standard equipment: Overhead projector, screen, flip charts, bulletin boards, CD player

Seminar breaks

• Morning coffee break with tea, coffee, fruit juice, mineral water, fruit, sweet and savoury snacks
• 3-course lunch menu with a choice of main course and salad buffet
• Afternoon tea break with tea, coffee, fruit juice, mineral water, fruit and sweet snacks
• Mineral water, apple juice, drinking water and Styrian apples in the seminar room
• Use of conference room for a day including equipment as required
• 3-course evening menu with choice of main course and salad buffet
• Use of the Kapfenberg bathing areas
• Overnight accommodation in a standard room
• Sumptuous buffet breakfast the following day
